Orquídea House

Welcome to the Rural House Orquidea. A small paradise on the fabulous Playa el Palmar in Vejer de la Frontera. The house is located just 150 meters from the beach and is situated on a dead-end street with very little car or pedestrian traffic.

BEDROOMS

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a 150 cm double bed with a built-in wardrobe and a full en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with two 105 cm beds and a wardrobe, and finally another bedroom with a bunk bed and a wardrobe, making the house capable of accommodating a maximum of 6 people.

Bed linens and blankets are provided.

BATHROOMS

There is a bathroom in the main bedroom, with double sinks, toilet, shower, and wardrobe. There is another full bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet, and shower.

All taps and showers have hot water from an electric heater.

Equipped with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Towels are not provided.

KITCHEN – LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM

Kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, blender, Italian coffee maker, toaster, frying pans, pots, pressure cooker, saucepans, tableware for 6 people, glasses, cups, wine glasses, wide glasses, and plastic cups for children, plastic and glass jugs, flat, deep, and small plates, large and small bowls, serving dishes, cutting board, tupperware, can opener, lighter, etc.

Living room with high-end chaise lounge sofa, large Smart TV, and air conditioning.

Dining room with table and chairs for 6 people.

Equipped with broom, dustpan, and mop.

Internet with WIFI throughout the house.

EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE

On the outside, we have a large porch with a sofa, table, and outdoor chairs for 6 people, a built-in barbecue with a sink, shower with hot water, large clothes drying area, natural grass garden area, large covered private parking area for vehicles, and a trampoline for the little ones.

All of this in a completely enclosed and independent plot.
