Rules

The check-in and check-out times will be agreed upon in each particular case.
A set of sheets and blankets for each bed is included, but not towels.
Pets are allowed as long as it is communicated in advance.
To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of the agreed amount will be requested via bank transfer or Bizum.
Upon key delivery, the remaining money plus the agreed deposit will be paid. The latter will be returned once cleaned and checked by the property, to a bank account number or Bizum that the tenant must provide.
No more people than agreed will be allowed in the house, and during the stay, changing people without the property’s authorization is not permitted. Under no circumstances will the maximum capacity of 6 people be exceeded.
No parties or gatherings that may disturb the other neighbors are allowed.
If the house is very messy and in poor living conditions or if there are damages, part of the deposit will be deducted.
If there are damages caused by the client in the house or if something in the house is not functioning properly, they must be reported before departure.
No papers or wipes can be flushed down the toilet; they must be disposed of in the available bins in the bathrooms.
You will lose the deposit if you violate any of the rules.

If the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, and if rented to another client on the reserved date, the remaining 50% will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the check-in date, the reservation will not be refunded.
